Welcome to Queena Clean LLC. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Queena Clean LLC provides residential cleaning, Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning services throughout South Florida.

All services are performed based on the selected service type and agreed scope at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Quotes

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the size, condition, or scope differs from what was submitted.

  • Quotes are subject to availability and may expire.

3. First-Time Cleaning Policy

  • First-time services are typically Deep Cleaning to establish a proper baseline.

  • Standard/Recurring cleaning is available after the initial service.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • 30% deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion of service.

  • We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

  • A processing fee may apply to card payments.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full service amount.

6. Access to Property

  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If access is not provided, a lockout fee may apply.

  • Queena Clean LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

7. Condition & Results Disclaimer

  • Cleaning results depend on the condition of the property.

  • Heavy buildup, neglect, or excessive dirt may require additional time and cost.

  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, discoloration, or damage.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will return to address missed areas at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Remove clutter, personal belongings, and valuables before service.

  • Secure pets or notify us in advance.

  • Provide accurate details about the property and requested service.

10. Damages & Liability

  • Queena Clean LLC is insured and takes care while servicing your property.

  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Improperly installed items

    • Fragile or unsecured objects

11. Add-On Services

  • Additional services (inside appliances, laundry, restocking, exterior windows, etc.) must be requested in advance.

  • Add-ons will increase the total service price.

12. Airbnb & Vacation Rental Services

For short-term rental clients:

  • Linen service, restocking, and turnover cleaning are performed as agreed.

  • Off-site laundry and supply restocking may include additional charges.

  • Property condition may be documented with photos for quality control.

13. Recurring Services

  • Recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly) receive priority scheduling.

  • Pricing may change if service frequency is reduced or property condition changes.

14. Right to Refuse Service

Queena Clean LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment is unsafe or hazardous

  • There is inappropriate or disrespectful behavior

  • The scope differs significantly from what was agreed

15. Communication & SMS Consent

By submitting your information through our website or booking a service:

  • You agree to receive communication via phone, email, or SMS regarding your request.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

16. Changes to Terms

Queena Clean LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
