  • We reserve the right to decline service if the conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or not as described.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, card, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

  • We do not store any payment information on our website.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a successful cleaning appointment, customers must:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the property

  • Secure pets if necessary

  • Remove valuable or fragile items from the cleaning areas

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to address the issue or offer a re-clean.

7. Limitations of Liability

Queena Clean LLC is not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Items not properly secured or previously damaged

We take care to avoid damage, but accidents may happen. Please report issues promptly.
